For the past 20 years, Charlsey has owned and operated a well- respected promotional staffing service. Her experience in the field stems from overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business and honing her skills in identifying, selecting, and training the best promotional talent available. Having a great rapport with hundreds of clients, she is proud of the reputation she’s earned in the industry; she believes in offering nothing but the best.
Throughout her life, Charlsey has always been an independent and successful businesswoman. After attending Temple University, Charlsey modeled full time and built a reputation as an on-air spokesperson at QVC. During this time, she nurtured and developed a huge roster of freelance accounts and worked directly with clients searching and booking talent for hundreds of live events.
As Co-Owner of Top Flight, Charlsey brings with her an ever-expanding and unmatched skill set most importantly her passion for business development and building client relationships that often turn into friendships. She is dedicated to progressing, improving and innovating through technology offering clients a streamlined process every step of the way from booking to recap.You can also still catch her on QVC!
Christie Nightingale-
Christie brings forth nearly three decades of promotional experience through her education and career path. Having graduated with degree in Journalism from Seton Hall University, she subsequently worked with a celebrity PR firm promoting film releases, musical talent and product launches, all while cultivating a budding career as a model. After five years, she left the PR world and chose to focus on modeling full time, and enjoyed a successful 12-year run. During those years, she maintained a large network of freelance clients that she worked for directly, and also booked talent for. Whether it be a promotional event, high fashion runway assignment or spokes model booking for a corporate trade show, Christie earned a fantastic reputation in the field.
In 2000, Christie founded and operated one of the most reputable dating services in the Northeast. She earned the title of “Top US Female Entrepreneur” by American Express, as well as many other industry accolades and was featured regularly in Forbes, CNN, The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, ABC, NBC and NPR to name a few. Christie brings a wealth of experience in business development, marketing, interviewing, and recruiting to Top Flight. She is thrilled to be a Co-Founder and Partner at Top Flight and work alongside Charlsey, as they have been close friends personally, as well as professionally, for nearly 30 years.

Our extensive experience allows us to identify and select only the best promotional talent available. We review a large number of applicants and referrals, and meet with multiple potential candidates for each hire. In addition, we take it a step further and actively recruit talent as well. It takes a great amount of time and effort to be as selective as we are, but the result is quality that sets us apart from our competitors and more importantly, our clients’ competitors. - Screening Process and Initial Interviewing ~ To become a member of the Top Flight team requires an intensive screening process. Prior to being accepted as a Brand Ambassador, each prospect is thoroughly interviewed and subsequently completes a rigorous training protocol.
